The CIRCLE Foundation is a Chicago based nonprofit that supports high school youth and young adults in inner city communities through practical education alternatives, mentorship, creative programming, and workforce development opportunities. We focus on young people facing academic, social, or economic barriers and provide structured support to help them stay engaged, graduate, and prepare for employment or post secondary pathways.

Through Innovations High School (IHS), we offer an arts integrated alternative learning environment for students who need a more personalized setting. Benton House serves as a community hub for safe programming, a local food pantry, and youth engagement, while our mentoring initiatives provide guidance, accountability, and life skills development. Our Neighborhood Outreach program connects families to critical resources, the Black Light Recording Studio equips students with hands on music and digital media skills, and our employment programs provide paid work experience and job readiness training that prepare youth for long term success.
